Meets the fresh produce needs of 1-2 adults
A 20 week CSA that runs from June-October.
Between 1-2 items from each of the following categories
Greens - salad mix, head lettuce, arugula, spinach, mustard, chard, etc...
Root vegetables - radish, carrots, beets, turnip, etc.....
Fruiting vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc...
Peas and beans
Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts
Summer and Winter squashes
Special extras throughout the seasons
Strawberries, musk melon and watermelon
A pumpkin for Halloween (we pick, you chose)
In partnership with fellow local, small scale farmers you can choose to add the following items for an additional charge:
Flower bouquets from Adrianne Gammie at Marilla Field and Flora
Cheeses from Nate Oswald at Haycreek Heritage Farm (when available)
The option to reserve a heritage turkey for Thanksgiving from Hay Creek Heritage

About the CSA
This is a basket style CSA. Each week farmer Matt harvests and selects the produce you receive and packages it for you. You then pick up the produce at a central location.
About the Farmer
Matt Conahan is a first generation farmer. He believes in farming practices that treat the land and those who eat the food he grows well. While not currently certified as an organic farmer, Matt follows organic farming practices. No GMO seeds are used and organic seeds are used as frequently as possible. All inputs (anything added to the soil or substances used to prevent pests or disease) meet the organic standard.
